gluten free, vegan, dairy free, and refined sugar free!
sooo I really love these little bars đ I even found the rectangular small containers but I kind of like the circle ones better now??
should I make a full sized fruit & nut bar recipe? or do we love the single serve ones?
recipe:
* 1 tablespoon pecans (about 6), chopped
* 2-3 dried peach halves, chopped
* 1/2 tablespoon ground flax seeds
* 1 heaping tablespoon nut butter (I used @traderjoes mixed nut butter)
* 1 tablespoon maple syrup
* pinch of salt
* sprinkle of @manitobaharvest hemp seeds
melt the nut butter and syrup in the microwave for 20 seconds. keep an eye on it, just in case!!
once that has formed a homogenous liquid, add in everything else! so, the chopped pecans, chopped peaches, hemp seeds, flax, and salt.
spoon the mixture into a small lined container (I used a ramekin) and freeze for at least an hour.
