Ingredients:
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
- Handful of spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 green apple
Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Squeeze the juice from the 1/2 lemon.
- Peel and slice the 1/2 inch piece of ginger.
- Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- Peel the cucumber and cut it into smaller pieces.
- Wash and chop the celery stalks.
- Core the green apple and cut it into chunks.

Blend the Ingredients:
- Add all the ingredients into a blender, including the lemon juice, ginger, spinach, cucumber, celery, and green apple.
- Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little water to reach your desired consistency.

Strain (Optional):
- If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.

Serve Immediately:
- Pour the juice into a glass and drink it on an empty stomach to help cleanse your colon and remove buildup.
