½ ripe Haas avocado, halved and pittedâ
1Âź cup strawberries or blueberries (or other berries of choice)â
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powderâ
Âź cup smooth, raw almond butterâ

cup pitted datesâ
2 cups waterâ
Âź cup chia seedsâ
garnish berries, slivered almonds, cacao nibs optionalâ
â Scoop out the flesh from the avocado and place it in a high-speed blender or food processor. Add the berries, cocoa powder, almond butter, dates, water, and chia seeds. Blend until completely smooth and then pour into a bowl.â
