Add in two snacks per day from the snack suggestions list in the eBook. There is also an option to enjoy a light healthy meal too.⠀

Drink plenty of water during the day to stay hydrated. You can also drink herbal teas.⠀

During the challenge, light exercising is recommended but NOT necessary.⠀
