A perfect way to start the day. Dr Oz morning green smoothie. Healthy, vegan, gluten free and full of vitamins and minerals. I haven’t posted a smoothie in the blog for a while even though


  • 1 cup 100% lemon ginger, Juice

  • 2 Apples, organic green skin on

  • 3 Celery sticks, organic

  • 1 Cucumber

  • 1 tbsp Ginger, root
