Matcha Berry Smoothie

A colourful and tasty, ombre-effect breakfast! 💗💚Full of the goodness of fruits AND matcha to invigorate and energise!!🌿💚

  • handful of berries

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

  • 1 glass plant milk

  • 1 tablespoon oats

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

  • 1 banana

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup for extra sweetness.


  • Step 1: blend everything except the berries and matcha.
  • Step 2: divide the mix into two.
  • Step 3: blend the berries into half the mix and matcha into the other half.
  • Step 4: pour the two mixes into a glass & enjoy! 
Top with a few quinoa puffs or your topping of choice.
